Ready To Get The Love & Support You Crave From Your Relationship?
You might be finding it difficult to connect with those your love, or feeling alone even when you’re with others. Maybe you’re withdrawing from your friends and family, leading to misunderstandings or them feeling disappointed in the relationship. You may be feeling unworthy of love and support, leading to a cycle of sadness and loneliness that further strains your connections. Perhaps moments of joy feel rare, making it hard for you to engage and fully invest in your relationships.
Do you feel disconnected from your partner or unable to get back to what used to be?
Are you struggling to be a present mother and fully engage with your kids?
Do you find yourself locking yourself away in your room or sleeping to avoid the overwhelm?
Does it feel like you don’t offer your family anything and you being gone would be a better option for them?
Depression can feel like a heavy cloud hanging over our relationships, making it difficult to connect with those we love. You might find yourself withdrawing, feeling irritable, or constantly exhausted—emotions that can create distance between you and your partner or your children. Your partner might begin to feel neglected or unworthy when they notice that your emotional support is fading, while your children may be left confused or anxious, struggling to understand the changes they see in you. The entire family often feels the weight of this pervasive sadness, which can lead to tension and misunderstandings.
Relationship Therapy Can Help.
It's important to remember that you're not alone in this struggle. Seeking support and healing isn't just about lifting the cloud for yourself; it's about restoring warmth and connection within your family. Together, we can work through these challenges, strengthening the bonds that hold you together. You deserve to feel supported and cherished, and your family does too.
Relationship Therapy helps you:
Gain an increased self-awareness: You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and triggers, allowing you to articulate your needs better. This will lead to healthier communication in your relationships, fostering stronger connections with loved ones.
Improved Emotional Regulation: You’ll gain valuable tools to handle overwhelming feelings more effectively, helping you experience fewer emotional ups and downs. As a result, your interactions with friends, family, and colleagues will feel more stable and supportive, fostering a deeper sense of mutual respect and understanding.
Enhanced Empathy and Connection: You’ll develop greater empathy for yourself and others, creating a more nurturing environment in your relationships, making you a source of support and strengthening bonds with those around you.
I’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to relationship therapy comes from a place of certainty: that you are deserving of loving fulfilling relationships and together, we will equip you to have them.

You Might Still Have Some Questions About Relationship Therapy
What are Relationship Therapy sessions like?
During a session together, we’re going to laugh, cry, and get down to business. We’re going to spend our time helping you gain a deeper understanding of what’s led you to your current circumstances, learning the communication and self-regulation skills you need to better tolerate conflict, asserting boundaries, and big feelings within your relationship, and identify and heal past traumas that are showing up and sabotaging your best intentions for healthy relationships.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
The length of therapy is different for everyone and based on your individual needs, but you can expect to work with me between 3-12 months. My ultimate goal is to get you out of therapy as soon as possible because that means you’re able to handle life without my help and life is coming together in the ways you want. You will see immediate and continuous improvements to your day to day life and can expect many “light bulb” and “today years old” moments while working with me!
How do I know if Relationship Therapy will work for me?
I can’t make promises, but I can say that a deep sense of self-confidence and worth does wonders for a woman. When you know how to communicate clearly without getting flooded, confused, or overwhelmed with big feelings, you can make your point and assert your boundaries. You’ll learn how to choose quality partners, engage in healthy conflict, and have more ease and joy within yourself.
