Is the weight of motherhood or being a caregiver to others taking it’s toll?

Maybe you're grappling with postpartum depression, feeling overwhelmed by the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood. The joy you expected to feel has been replaced by anxiety, sadness, or exhaustion, leaving you questioning your ability as a mother.

  • You may feel like you're losing yourself beneath the weight of expectations, caught in a cycle of guilt for not being the perfect parent.

  • It may seem like your child is growing too quickly, and you’re not fully present to cherish those moments, all while worrying if your emotional state is affecting their well-being.

  • Communicating with your partner about co-parenting can feel impossible, especially with the added pressure of your own mental health.

  • Perhaps you're navigating unasked-for advice from family or friends, generating frustration as you strive to create a nurturing environment for your child.
